D., FRCPC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nLa SCE est fi\u00e8re d\u2019annoncer que la Dre<\/sup> Yuka Asai, Ph. D., FRCPC, a publi\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de son projet intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Patient Eczema Education Pictorial Study \u2013 \u00c9tude sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation des patients \u00e0 propos de l\u2019ecz\u00e9ma \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019images \u00bb, pour lequel la SCE avait octroy\u00e9 une subvention pour l’ann\u00e9e 2022. Dans le cadre de cette \u00e9tude, la Dre Asai avait cr\u00e9\u00e9 un outil illustr\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9ducation des patients bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019analogie comparant la prise en charge de l\u2019ecz\u00e9ma \u00e0 l’action d\u2019\u00e9teindre un feu.<\/p>\nElle voulait d\u00e9terminer si cette ressource illustr\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9ducation am\u00e9liorerait le devenir des patients, notamment en diminuant la gravit\u00e9 de leur ecz\u00e9ma et en am\u00e9liorant leur qualit\u00e9 de vie. La bonne nouvelle, c’est que l\u2019outil a en effet aid\u00e9 les patients.<\/p>\n
L\u2019\u00e9ducation des patients est reconnue comme \u00e9tant une importante composante de la prise en charge de l\u2019ecz\u00e9ma, et ces travaux ont montr\u00e9 qu\u2019un outil illustr\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9ducation peut am\u00e9liorer le sort des patients atteints d\u2019ecz\u00e9ma.<\/p>\n
