Les d\u00e9mangeaisons sont souvent rapport\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant l\u2019un des sympt\u00f4mes les plus incommodants de la dermatite atopique (DA), la forme la plus courante d&rsquo;ecz\u00e9ma.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne de l&rsquo;ecz\u00e9ma (SCE) a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la D<sup>re<\/sup> Panteha Eshtiaghi, dermatologue torontoise et membre du conseil d\u2019administration de la SCE de lui donner ses meilleurs conseils pour combattre les d\u00e9mangeaisons associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la DA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Conseils contre les d\u00e9mangeaisons :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardez vos ongles courts et bien lim\u00e9s pour endommager moins la peau lors du grattage et r\u00e9duire les risques d\u2019infections secondaires.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essayez d&rsquo;appliquer une compresse froide ou de prendre un bain ou une douche d&rsquo;eau froide (id\u00e9alement de 5 \u00e0 10\u00a0minutes). Appliquez un hydratant tout de suite apr\u00e8s pour emprisonner l\u2019humidit\u00e9 dans la peau.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9duisez le stress autant que possible. Trouvez des activit\u00e9s que vous aimez et qui favorisent la d\u00e9tente, comme la marche, l\u2019\u00e9criture d\u2019un journal, la m\u00e9ditation, la cuisine ou l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique. Faites l&rsquo;essai d\u2019applications de pleine conscience pour obtenir plus de soutien.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;application d\u2019un hydratant peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la s\u00e9cheresse de la peau et les d\u00e9mangeaisons.
