Or pour de nombreuses personnes ecz\u00e9mateuses, l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 peut \u00eatre une p\u00e9riode difficile en raison de la chaleur, du soleil et du sable qui entra\u00eenent de d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables d\u00e9mangeaisons et de frustrantes pouss\u00e9es de la maladie.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques conseils pour assurer votre confort cet \u00e9t\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p><strong>La baignade peut aider l&#8217;ecz\u00e9ma!<\/strong> Oui, oui! En prenant les bonnes pr\u00e9cautions, la baignade peut \u00eatre une activit\u00e9 agr\u00e9able et, avec quelques mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires, peut m\u00eame \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour votre peau. Apr\u00e8s la baignade, prenez une douche \u00e0 l&#8217;eau fra\u00eeche. Tout de suite apr\u00e8s, appliquez une cr\u00e8me riche pour prot\u00e9ger et hydrater votre peau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restez au frais<\/strong> &#8211; \u00c9vitez la chaleur excessive en recherchant l&#8217;ombre, en \u00e9vitant la chaleur du milieu de la journ\u00e9e et le soleil d&#8217;apr\u00e8s-midi et en utilisant des ventilateurs et une climatisation lorsque c&#8217;est possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Superposez les v\u00eatements pour \u00e9viter d&#8217;avoir trop chaud<\/strong> &#8211; Portez des couches de v\u00eatements de coton ou de soie respirants qui peuvent \u00eatre enlev\u00e9es ou ajout\u00e9es au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la temp\u00e9rature de votre corps change. Bien qu&#8217;aucun \u00e9cran solaire ne porte le Sceau d&#8217;acceptation de la SCE, recherchez des produits qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour la peau sensible et qui sont exempts de parfums.
