Pour de nombreuses raisons, les d\u00e9mangeaisons peuvent \u00eatre l&rsquo;aspect le plus difficile de la DA, et pourtant, elles peuvent aussi \u00eatre celui le moins bien compris.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019aider \u00e0 composer avec ce sympt\u00f4me inconfortable, d\u00e9rangeant et frustrant, la SCE a formul\u00e9 des conseils pour aider \u00e0 diminuer le grattage et \u00e0 calmer les d\u00e9mangeaisons caus\u00e9es par la DA. Ce contenu \u00e9labor\u00e9 avec l\u2019aide de la D<sup>re<\/sup> Rachel Asiniwasis, dermatologue (FRCPC) et de Shawn Reynolds, psychologue agr\u00e9\u00e9 (Ph. D.), compl\u00e8te bien notre <a href=\"https:\/\/eczemahelp.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/SCE-Les-Demaingeaisons-dans-la-Dermatite-Atopique-Rapport-sur-le-Sondage-2021-FIN.pdf\">Rapport de sondage sur les d\u00e9mangeaisons dans la dermatite atopique<\/a>, qui explore les r\u00e9percussions de ce sympt\u00f4me sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie et les activit\u00e9s de la vie quotidienne.<\/p>\n<p>La D<sup>re<\/sup> Asiniwasis a entretenu la SCE sur ce sujet. Voici ce qu\u2019elle avait \u00e0 dire : \u00ab\u00a0En tant que m\u00e9decins, nous comprenons de mieux en mieux les d\u00e9mangeaisons. Nous continuons d\u2019en apprendre toujours davantage \u00e0 propos de ce sympt\u00f4me complexe, et d\u00e9couvrons de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de le traiter. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la recherche a mis en lumi\u00e8re le r\u00f4le du processus inflammatoire comme d\u00e9clencheur des d\u00e9mangeaisons dans la DA. Depuis peu, les chercheurs comprennent mieux le lien entre le syst\u00e8me immunitaire et les cellules nerveuses, comment ils communiquent entre eux et leur r\u00f4le dans les d\u00e9mangeaisons.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Nous traversons une \u00e8re fort excitante car la science \u00e9volue, et nous trouvons de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes pour comprendre et traiter ce sympt\u00f4me incommodant. Or, pendant ce temps, les personnes atteintes de DA continuent de se gratter! Elles peuvent en outre \u00eatre complexes. Atteint de DA moi-m\u00eame, je sais pourquoi je ne devrais pas me gratter, notamment parce que le grattage empire mon probl\u00e8me, mais je n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 arr\u00eater malgr\u00e9 tout!<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9nagez vos proches :<\/strong> si vous \u00eates un parent ou un proche d\u2019une personne atteinte de DA, vous savez probablement que leur dire d\u2019arr\u00eater tout simplement de se gratter ne fonctionne pas. Ils auraient arr\u00eat\u00e9 s\u2019ils le pouvaient! Les personnes atteintes de DA ont souvent une grande difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler leur envie de se gratter, car les d\u00e9mangeaisons cutan\u00e9es \u00e9prouv\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s intenses. Au lieu de leur demander d\u2019arr\u00eater, une bonne id\u00e9e serait de leur proposer une fa\u00e7on de se distraire comme passer du temps avec eux, jouer \u00e0 un jeu ou faire une activit\u00e9 ensemble. Faites preuve de patience, et sachez qu\u2019elles veulent tout autant que vous faire cesser ce comportement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prendre conscience de vos habitudes de grattage :<\/strong> essayez de prendre conscience des lieux et des p\u00e9riodes de la journ\u00e9e o\u00f9 vous \u00eates le plus susceptible de vous gratter, comme en regardant la t\u00e9l\u00e9 ou avant de vous endormir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essayez les strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9flexion : <\/strong>orientez votre r\u00e9flexion vers autre chose \u00e0 la place des d\u00e9mangeaisons, pratiquez la respiration profonde ou reconnaissez le fait que votre peau d\u00e9mange et voyez si pouvez prendre conscience de cette sensation sans vous gratter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essayez de trouver des activit\u00e9s amusantes pour vous changer les id\u00e9es<\/strong> comme la lecture, la t\u00e9l\u00e9 ou les jeux vid\u00e9os.<\/p>\n<p>Il importe de se rappeler qu\u2019une bonne ma\u00eetrise des pouss\u00e9es peut signifier une peau qui gratte moins!
