Un sondage men\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment par la SCE a montr\u00e9 que le stress est un d\u00e9clencheur tr\u00e8s courant de d\u00e9mangeaisons chez les adultes atteints de DA. Mais l\u2019\u00e9vitement du stress peut sembler impossible dans notre vie\u2026 alors que pouvons-nous faire?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Lors d\u2019un webinaire r\u00e9cent, Shawn Reynolds (Ph. D.), psychologue d&rsquo;Edmonton et lui-m\u00eame atteint d&rsquo;ecz\u00e9ma nous a mentionn\u00e9 quelques strat\u00e9gies \u00e0 mettre en pratique pour r\u00e9duire le stress. \u00ab&nbsp;Voici deux approches \u00e0 pr\u00e9coniser pendant les p\u00e9riodes de stress : la r\u00e9silience et la responsabilisation face \u00e0 ses soins.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Se responsabiliser face \u00e0 ses soins, c&rsquo;est aussi de s&rsquo;assurer activement que son humeur et son bien-\u00eatre vont bien, surtout pendant les p\u00e9riodes plus stressantes. Selon Shawn Reynolds : \u00ab&nbsp;Cela signifie de porter attention \u00e0 ses besoins physiques et \u00e9motionnels, et de prendre soin de soi-m\u00eame en \u00e9tant actif et en prenant part \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s agr\u00e9ables. Nous savons qu\u2019en prenant mieux soin de nous nous pouvons ensuite mieux prendre soin des autres, et cela peut nous aider \u00e0 nous sentir en meilleur contr\u00f4le et plus d\u00e9tendus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Il ajoute : La r\u00e9silience est la capacit\u00e9 de se remettre rapidement des \u00e9preuves, et c&rsquo;est une vertu qui s&rsquo;apprend apr\u00e8s avoir rencontr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s. Pour conna\u00eetre son propre degr\u00e9 de r\u00e9silience, pensez aux \u00e9preuves que vous avez surmont\u00e9es dans votre vie, et les moyens que vous avez pris pour en ressortir plus fort(e). Cette r\u00e9flexion peut aider \u00e0 changer notre fa\u00e7on de voir et de composer efficacement avec le stress.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Si vous sentez d\u00e9pass\u00e9(e) et stress\u00e9(e), et pensez que ces sentiments augmentent vos sympt\u00f4mes de DA, parlez \u00e0 un professionnel de la sant\u00e9 qualifi\u00e9. Un m\u00e9decin, comme un dermatologue, peut aider \u00e0 optimiser votre plan de traitement, et un psychologue ou autre professionnel de la sant\u00e9 mentale peut vous aider \u00e0 composer avec votre stress et votre anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.
