Nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 des experts de nous donner quelques conseils pour composer avec les sympt\u00f4mes de la dermatite atopique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Hydratez votre peau en prenant de brefs bains ou douches d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Appliquez un hydratant sur la peau apr\u00e8s le bain ou la douche alors que votre peau est encore humide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Vous pouvez aussi hydrater votre peau durant la journ\u00e9e quand vous sentez une s\u00e9cheresse cutan\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Recherchez des produits de soin de la peau qui portent le Sceau d\u2019acceptation de la SCE, comme des nettoyants doux, des hydratants et des lingettes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Ciblez vos \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9clencheurs et tentez de les \u00e9viter quand c\u2019est possible (nous savons que c\u2019est difficile!).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Restez au frais quand il fait chaud! La transpiration est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9clencheur courant d\u2019ecz\u00e9ma. Portez des v\u00eatements amples, faits de coton \u00e0 100 % et de tissus qui respirent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Optez pour un d\u00e9tergent sans colorants ni parfums et lavez les v\u00eatements neufs avant de les porter. Recherchez des d\u00e9tergents qui portent le Sceau d\u2019acceptation de la SCE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Prot\u00e9gez votre peau du soleil. La SCE a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la D<sup>re<\/sup> Cheryl Rosen, dermatologue torontoise, de nous aider \u00e0 choisir un \u00e9cran solaire. Elle recommande un \u00e9cran qui contient des ingr\u00e9dients comme l\u2019oxyde de zinc et le dioxyde de titane, car ceux-ci cr\u00e9ent une barri\u00e8re physique contre les rayons solaires, plut\u00f4t que d\u2019opter pour un \u00e9cran chimique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">La D<sup>re<\/sup> Rosen nous rappelle aussi d\u2019\u00e9viter les rayons les plus forts en milieu de journ\u00e9e et de porter des couches de v\u00eatements l\u00e9gers pour prot\u00e9ger notre peau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Prenez soin de votre peau en sortant de la piscine.
