Nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la D<sup>re<\/sup>\u00a0Miriam Weinstein, dermatologue et p\u00e9diatre torontoise, de nous donner quelques conseils pour composer avec les sympt\u00f4mes de la dermatite atopique.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h1>Voici 10 conseils pour aider\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0att\u00e9nuer vos sympt\u00f4mes d\u2019ecz\u00e9ma\u00a0:<\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li class=\"\">De brefs bains ou douches d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de pourraient contribuer \u00e0 hydrater votre peau.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li class=\"\">Appliquez un hydratant sur la peau apr\u00e8s le bain ou la douche alors que votre peau est encore humide.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li class=\"\">R\u00e9appliquez un hydratant au cours de la journ\u00e9e afin d\u2019aider \u00e0 emprisonner l\u2019hydratation dans la peau.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li class=\"\">Recherchez des produits de soin de la peau qui vous conviennent. On ne tol\u00e8re pas tous un produit de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, et une texture qui pla\u00eet \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un pourrait ne pas plaire \u00e0 un autre. Vous pouvez faire l\u2019essai d\u2019un nouveau produit sur une petite partie de peau et attendre 24\u00a0heures pour voir si vous le tol\u00e9rez avant de l\u2019appliquer en plus grande quantit\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li class=\"\">Ciblez vos \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9clencheurs quand c\u2019est possible et tentez au mieux de les \u00e9viter (nous savons que c\u2019est difficile!) Gardez \u00e0 l\u2019esprit que les pouss\u00e9es ont souvent des d\u00e9clencheurs inconnus.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li class=\"\">Restez au frais quand il fait chaud! La transpiration est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9clencheur courant d\u2019ecz\u00e9ma. Les v\u00eatements amples faits de tissus qui respirent pourraient \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. \u00c9vitez les tissus qui ne laissent pas la transpiration s\u2019\u00e9chapper.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li class=\"\">Les \u00e9crans solaires sont essentiels pour prot\u00e9ger votre peau du soleil, mais certains produits pourraient irriter la peau des personnes atteintes d\u2019ecz\u00e9ma. Optez pour un \u00e9cran qui n\u2019irrite pas votre peau et ne cause pas de pouss\u00e9e.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li class=\"\">D\u2019autres strat\u00e9gies utiles, en plus de l\u2019application d\u2019un \u00e9cran solaire, contribuent \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger votre peau du soleil\u00a0: portez un chapeau \u00e0 larges bords, \u00e9vitez les rayons les plus forts en milieu de journ\u00e9e et portez des v\u00eatements l\u00e9gers qui couvrent la peau et offrent une protection solaire, comme les maillots de bain anti-UV.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li class=\"\">Prenez soin de votre peau en sortant de la piscine. Il est important que les personnes atteintes d\u2019ecz\u00e9ma rincent leur peau apr\u00e8s la baignade et appliquent leurs produits de soin.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li class=\"\">Profitez de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9!
